Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled by the customer prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our sole discretion.

All sales of shipped products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipped merchandise except where required by applicable law or in cases involving:

Shipping and Delivery
We normally ship orders within 2-4 business days of a confirmed order, but shipping time will vary.

Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete.
Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
This website is intended for customers located within Canada only.
We currently ship exclusively within Canada and do not offer shipping to addresses outside Canada. Due to language compliance requirements, we do not currently ship to the Province of Quebec.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our supported regions may be canceled at our discretion.
